Brettney Anderson

Brettney Anderson is the Special Education Director for Houston-Trinity County Share Services. She began working for Houston-Trinity County Shared Services in 2010. Following graduation from Kingwood High School, Brettney attended college at Sam Houston State University where she earned her Bachelor's. Then she attend Stephen F. Austin and earned her masters degree. Brettney is certified in the following areas: Educational Diagnostician, Generic Special Education, Elementary, and Elementary English. Brettney has three children: Hunter, Tammy, Jasper, Conner and four granddaughters. |
Kelli Thomason
Diagnostican My name is Kelli Thomason, I am married to Nick Thomason and we have two wonderful kids Ryan and Reese. I graduated from Lufkin High School and attended college at Stephen F. Austin where I got my bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6. I went back for my masters degree for Special Education with a certification of Diagnostician and graduated in May of 2021. I have worked for the Co Op since 2021 and enjoy the way we all work together and treat each other like family. |

Lyndsey Cole
Speech-Language Pathologist Lyndsey Cole is the Speech-Language Pathologist for Houston-Trinity County Shared Services. She began working for the co-op in 2022. Following graduation from Kennard High School, Lyndsey attended college at Stephen F. Austin State University where she earned her bachelors and masters degrees. |
Darlene Thorne
Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Darlene has worked for HTCSS since 2004, starting out as a Special Education Clerk. A graduate of Centerville High School, Darlene graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders. Darlene accomplished her educational goals while still working for the co-op as a Sped Clerk and taking care of her family. Darlene and her husband, Rob, have been married for 30 years and have three children: Kaci, Travis, and Walker. They welcomed their first grandchild, Emeri Quinn, this year and look forward to spoiling her rotten! |

Crystal Turner Office Manger Crystal Turner is a Special Education Clerk. She has been working for the co-op since 2010. Crystal graduated from Lufkin High School. She and her husband, Brad, have two children: Kathryn and Wyatt. "I love working at the co-op with an awesome group of people," Crystal said. "It helps having three great schools to work with too, Groveton, Apple Springs, and Centerville. I have been blessed to have the chance to work for such a wonderful place." |
Dana Collinsworth
Special Education Clerk I was born and raised in Denton Texas and moved to Kennard in 1992. I've been a Special Education Clerk for 23 years and enjoy my job and my work family. My husband Donnie and I have been married for 43 years, we have 3 children, Jeremy, Ashley and Cody and they have blessed us with 5 grandchildren, Cade, Cason, Kylie, Waylon and Maylie. |

Stacie Vickers
Special Education Clerk Stacie Vickers started working for Houston-Trinity County Shared Services in the fall of 1999. She graduated from Grapeland ISD and attended Trinity Valley and Angelina Community College. She is married and has 2 children. In her spare time she teaches gymnastics at the local gym, working with ages ranging from 2 yrs. to 10 yrs. "I love watching the growth process from the day they start to the day they move up to another level. Kids are amazing!" The LORD has blessed me much. |
Jessica Shepherd
Special Education Counselor Howdy! My name is Jessica Shepherd and I am the Special Education Counselor at Houston Trinity County Shared Services. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University, WHOOP! I then obtained my Masters Degree from Sam Houston State University with my principal certification, and my school counselor’s certification from Angelo State University. This is my 14th year in education. I am married and have three wonderful children, Jordan, Avery, and Jaxon. I love anything Aggie and spending time with my family. I enjoy working with special needs students because of the uniqueness and open mindedness they teach me everyday, and how they instill professional and personal growth in my life. It touches my heart to be fortunate enough to work with a great group of individuals who strive to support students no matter what circumstances they may present. |
Leah Minter
Occupational Therapist Leah has been the Occupational Therapist for Houston-Trinity County Shared Services since February 2022. Following graduation from Groveton High School, Leah attended college at Sam Houston State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education. She went back to school at Lone Star College to become an Occupational Therapy Assistant and then completed her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy at University of Louisiana Monroe in December 2021. Leah has been married to her husband, Kurt, since 2009 and they have three children, Kutter, Morgan, and Vivian. |
